   All products sold are for personal use only. You may print them for your own use, but you may not share, resell, redistribute, or reproduce them for commercial purposes.

2. Digital Delivery
   All products are delivered digitally via download link after purchase. No physical items will be shipped. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate software (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) to access fillable or printable files.

3. Intellectual Property
   All designs, layouts, and content remain the intellectual property of The Focus Kit Co. Unauthorized distribution is prohibited.

4. Refund Policy
   As stated in our Return & Refund Policy, all sales of digital products are final, except in rare cases of duplicate purchase or technical error.

5. Limitation of Liability
   The Focus Kit Co. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues caused by the use or misuse of our products.
