Shipping Policy

At The Focus Kit Co., all of our products are delivered digitally. No physical items will be shipped.

Digital Delivery

• After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link for your purchased item(s).

• You can also access your files by logging into your account (if applicable) and visiting the “My Orders” section.

• Delivery is instant in most cases, but please allow up to 1 hour for the email to arrive.

No Physical Shipping
Since all products are digital, there are no shipping fees, and no items will be physically mailed to you.

Issues Accessing Your Files
If you do not receive your digital product, please check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, contact us at contact@thefocuskit.ca with your order number and we will re-send your files.
